Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You may return an item unconditionally, within 14 days of receiving. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact me by email prior to returning any merchandise. You will be responsible for the return-shipping fee. INSURANCE AND DAMAGED ITEMS: Insurance is available.
